(It sounds like a joke right?) The Millionaire Booklet. I thought the same thing when I first saw it. If the steps to becoming a millionaire could be described in a tiny 42-page booklet then everyone should have one. Well, maybe everyone should. Each of the 10 chapters covers a concept about money that is so simple and practical. Things that make sense, like adding an extra flow of income. And things that don’t make sense, like ‘saving to spend’ and The 40% Rule. If you want to challenge your thinking about money, the middle class, and wealth then you won’t be able to put this book down. He doesn’t lie about the work involved. But he makes it feel attainable. And he tells his own self-made story and the stories of some of his staff who followed these tips. We’ve read all of Grant’s books about selling, but this one on true wealth-building is a must-have for any of our customers, especially those interested in real estate investing. You can order the book online, for free on his web site even. But I also keep a few on hand to give to my friends. If you’d like me to send you a copy, just email or text me and I’ll drop it in the mail. Let me know what you think!
